--SHIPPING & HANDLING--


GFW ships to any store or office in the 50 United States. We're sorry, but GFW does not deliver to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. For delivery outside of the USA, please send us an email to determine if shipping is available.

The shipping method used to deliver your order depends on the product. GFW has carefully evaluated all the products it sells as it relates to weight, size and length so as to determine the most economical and best shipping method. For this reason GSF uses three forms of shipping, they are:

UPS Ground Service,Truck and
Common Carriers.

The best form of shipping and the shipping charge is identified at the time you make your purchase selection.

Delivery of most products ordered from GFW will ship out within 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is confirmed by GSF. Special orders ,large bulk orders, and items requiring special handling will take longer.


--Product Arrived Damaged! -- What Do I Do?--


For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. Customers receiving and signing for orders with piece count descrepencies cannot claim shotages after the delivery driver has left. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following importment steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

1. Quickly contact your delivery company(UPS, Etc.) for a damage inspection report.

2. Contact GSF Customer service and request the address information of where to ship the damaged item.

3. Request that the delivery company return the merchandise to the address provided by GFW.

4. GFW will make every effort to replace your product in a timely manner.

Please note: vendor policies for handling of defective merchandise supersedes GFW Online's policy.


--Exchange And Return Policy--


When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any proper reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from GFW, Contact us in the Customer Service and make the appropriate selection. GFW will then mail you a Return Authorization Number(RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, GFW will exchange , refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.-No Questions Asked!-

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, accessories,etc.so as to insure full credit.

You must notify our office within 24 hours of receipt of your order for any shortages or incorrect items or your claim may not be allowed.
We cannot accept returns for merchandise that did not sell through or that has become outdated while in your possession.
A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged for all canceled orders and any merchandise that is returned which was received with prior approval by the customer.



--Miscellaneous--


Ocean freight or air freight insurance is the responsibility of the customer. GFW will not be liable for any loss or damage after the merchandise has been delivered to a warehouse or freight forwarder as instructed by the customer.
All merchandise is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice based on our future costs.
GFW is not responsible for any printing or posting errors.

Note: GFW advices that when shipping back to GFW, customer should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.




--Opening a New Account with GFW--


Please contact our customer service , to determine if opening a new account with GFW is available in your area.

Note: GFW does not accept to open new accounts to those who does not have an actual retail store in commercial area. Also GFW request a registered Company Tax ID Number for opening a new account with GFW.

Note: We only release the price to those who have a account with our company. For a new customer; please contact our customer service for a guide to obtain a price quotation.





-- Price quotation & opening a/c for customers outside USA, for import goods from USA --


Due to non credit information availability in other countries (outside USA), we request requirements(below) to any new customer outside USA who wants do business with us as follows,

A new customer from another country (outside USA) must show us their proper financial ability by many different ways (i.e. Bank balance a year history in their company's foreign bank account, or Transfer fund in advance to insure for future exporting trade transaction with us or to open a Letter of Credit with a proof of legally registered company at their county)for import goods from USA.
